ADA Accessibility Standards

Train your team on ADA standards to ensure accessibility, prevent discrimination, and support every ability. Build a compliant, inclusive workplace where everyone has a fair chance to thrive.

Keep it fair and square through the ADA Accessibility Standards Compliance Training Course

In the early years of America's progressive era in the 1900s, jobs and careers were booming, discoveries were being made, but the rights to be in the labor force were limited, especially for those who are disabled. And this became the foundation of the ADA Accessibility Standards in the workplace. ADA's Accessibility Standards makes sure that buildings and facilities are safe and usable for disabled individuals.

In modern times, discrimination because of disability still festers around us from inaccessible pathways into buildings, designated parking spaces being used by someone who isn’t disabled, and denial of application because of their disability and this either because of lack of information towards the types of disabilities or simply out of ableism against disabled individuals.

Through the ADA Accessibility Standards course, we will equip your employees to become more inclusive and understanding by introducing to them the standards that the American Disability Act has laid out throughout the years. Your employees will learn about what ADA is for, the kinds of disability, the kinds of accommodations given for a fair working environment and how the consequences under the law if they were to harm others because of their disability.
